Organic Sourdough Focaccia


This focaccia is a 9 inch round loaf made from organic all purpose flour with a touch of spelt grain. It's fermented overnight and baked with olive oil on top. Herbs and garlic can be added. 


Best stored in fridge if not eaten right away. Reheat in oven before serving if desired. Cut into wedges or slice in half for a family style sandwich!
